1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and webet ("Company", "we"). These Terms govern all aspects of your use of the webet.pw website, the webet mobile app, and all services provided by webet.

Continued use of the webet platform after any amendments to these Terms are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you remain aware of the latest applicable conditions.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which form part of the overall agreement between you and webet.

2Account Eligibility

To register and use the webet platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 18 years of age at the time of registration
• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not included on the active self-exclusion list of any responsible gaming program
• Register only one personal account — multiple accounts for the same individual are prohibited
• Providing registration information that is accurate, complete, and up to date

3Registration & KYC Verification

During registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and an active email address. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension or termination.

Webet implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of our commitment to anti-money laundering (AML) compliance and user protection. The KYC process may require you to:

• Submitting a copy of a valid national identification card (MyKad) or passport
• Submitting proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill within the last 3 months)
• Verifying the payment method used for deposits
• Providing a selfie with your identification document if requested

KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. webet reserves the right to request additional KYC verification at any time based on compliance requirements.

4Deposit

Deposits to your Webet account can be made using the payment methods available on the platform at the time, including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and local Malaysia bank transfers. All deposits are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Terms and limits related to deposits:

• Minimum deposit: RM 10 for most payment methods
• Maximum deposit limits depend on the payment method and account level
• webet does not charge any processing fees for deposits
• Funds are credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the payment provider
• Deposits must be made from a legitimate source and in the name of the same registered account
• webet reserves the right to reject or withhold deposits that raise suspicion of fraud

5Withdrawal

Withdrawals from your webet account are subject to the following conditions. We aim to process all valid withdrawal requests within the specified timeframe, subject to required verification.

• Minimum withdrawal: RM 30 for most methods
• Full KYC verification must be completed before the first withdrawal
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the last deposit
• Processing time: typically within 15–60 minutes for e-Wallets, 1–3 business days for bank transfers
• Any deposit that has not met the minimum wagering requirement is not eligible for withdrawal
• webet reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawals while an investigation is ongoing

Users may submit withdrawal requests via the "Withdrawal" section of their account. Withdrawal status can be checked at any time under the transaction history section.

6Bonus & Promotions

Webet offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time. Each bonus has its own terms and wagering (rollover) requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus funds or related wins can be withdrawn.

• Rollover requirement is between 5x to 30x depending on the bonus type
• Bonuses may only be used by accounts that have completed identity verification
• Every promotion has a validity period that must be observed
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated
• webet reserves the right to withdraw bonuses if there is suspicion of abuse or fraud
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts

7Betting Rules

All bets placed on the webet platform are subject to general betting rules and specific rules for each game type or sport. Users are responsible for understanding these rules before placing any bets.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled except in special circumstances as permitted
• webet reserves the right to void bets in the event of a technical error or incorrect odds
• Official results from the relevant sports body will be used to determine betting outcomes
• In the event of a dispute, Webet's decision is final
• Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each market and may change depending on the situation
• In-play (live) betting is subject to additional rules stated on the platform

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Webet platform and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action:

• Opening or using more than one account (multiple accounts)
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Use of automated software, bots, or any technical tools to exploit the platform
• Exploiting bugs or system vulnerabilities — any vulnerability discovered must be reported to us
• Match-fixing or any form of manipulation of sports results
• Identity fraud or use of another person's personal information
• Account usage by individuals under 18 years of age
• Any form of threats, harassment, or abusive conduct toward webet staff

9Account Closure & Suspension

Webet reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or money laundering
• Requests from legal or regulatory authorities
• Failure of an account to complete KYC verification within the specified period

Users may also close their own account at any time by contacting the webet customer support team. Any valid remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal once all verification checks are complete.

10Liability Limits

Webet will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of our platform, including but not limited to:

• Service disruptions due to scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account due to a security failure on your part
• Device damage or data loss experienced while using the platform
• Unsatisfactory betting outcomes — gambling inherently carries financial risk

Webet's maximum liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

11Privacy & Data Protection

Webet takes the protection of users' personal information seriously. All data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable international data protection standards.

By using the Webet platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal information for the following purposes:

12Terms Amendment & Applicable Law

Continued use of the webet platform after any amendments are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through an arbitration process mutually agreed upon by both parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be interpreted to the maximum extent possible and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall continue in full force and effect.
